Willy Loman, the main character was a brilliant salesman but tried to get to the top by creating an unrealistic image of himself. The lie he was living stopped himself from ever moving forwards. In astronomy, a syzygy is a straight-line configuration of three celestial bodies in a gravitational system. The word is often used in reference to the Sun, Earth, and either the Moon or a planet, where the latter is in conjunction or opposition.
